Appearance - Pours hazy and straw yellow in color with a white, half finger width head that dsiplays fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of suds across the surface, and forming a thin, consistent ring where it meets the glass.
Smell - Tart lemon, lesser peach and a hint of lemon. Also... white chocolate?
Taste - Meyer lemon flavor dominates upfront and throughout, while vanilla takes a backseat, and comes across as a bit artificial. Flash of peach sweetness near the finish, but outside that it's largely MIA. Finish is largely a blend of lemony tartness and lesser vanilla, while the aftertaste lingers mostly tart, as the vanilla quickly fades.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with bitey carbonation. Light creaminess to the texture, but with a sharp, dry finish.
Overall - Good but forgettable, especially with all the great milkshake sours being dropped in today's market.
