Another selection consumed on the other side of town (southside) from the brewery. Sucks how long it takes to get from one side of Reno to another. Anyways, kind of surprised that at the parent, (and bigger) Next Glass database, this is listed as a cold ipa.
Pours a pale yellow and cloudy appearance, looks more hazy ipa than it does cold ipa. 1/3" white head. The aroma had a mild Citra aspect to it. Oranges, grapefruit, orchard leaves.
The taste brought thoughts of other C hops, I can't put a finger on it, but it makes you think of that pine in addition to citric rind and flesh. Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, CTZ. . . at least one of those I'm thinking. Centennial seemed like the most likely. The mouth feel was crisper than the appearance made me think was going to happen.
One thing I'm not a fan of, is Lead Dog will tell you who the artist is that came up with the design. That's cool and all, but how about you also tell us about the beer? Yeast, hops, malt. . . ya know? Anyways, this is a weird one, looks hazy, drinks like a west coast, called a cold ipa. What a time to be alive.

Pours a pale yellow color with golden hues. A thick, soapy white foam head.
Aroma of malted grains and citrus.
Subtle flavors of citrus and malts, and rye A very slight bit of booziness, with a fairly clean finish.
This beer isn't bad and it isn't spectacular either. Not something I would buy regularly, but it's drinkable.
