Pretty awesome spot! We hit the coffee spot upstairs and had a few small beer pours. Headed downstairs to the bottle shop and got a pour while we browsed the selections to go. Late weekday afternoon, knowledgeable bartender was chatting beers with the few locals sitting at the bar.
This is a beer lover's place. And the owner is as much of a beer-head as his customers. You feel at home here. And if I lived in the area, the coffee place upstairs is a place I would chill with my lap-top. And I would spend more time and money at the bottle shop downstairs than I should.
I guess that's the idea! Excellent place!

Climb up the stairway to the second level and admire what seems like a loft hangout. The place offers different kinds of coffee and a nice selection of beers on tap. The service was good. The vibe is chill but seems more like a study hall or bookstore in a sense where I felt if I spoke too loud someone would tell me to "SHHH!". All in all I liked the spot!

 

 

 

Definitely a cool spot with a chill vibe - a decent sized L-shaped bar and a number of tables available upstairs from the Salud Bottleshop. As well as house brewed beers, they have some other regional guest taps and allow you to have food delivered from Füd downstairs. There were a couple of TVs showing the Carolina Panthers football game (without sound) and some old school hip-hop playing at a reasonable volume. Easy to carry on a conversation.

Beers were really well poured in appropriate glassware and came in half and full pour sizes (10 and 20 oz). Beers were served at a proper temperature and with a decent amount of head. I believe they offered crowlers to go as well.

Service was friendly and knowledgeable as well as attentive - even offered a complementary pour of something from his cellar which was cool as it was my first time visiting.

While there was not a huge selection and tons of styles, all of the beers we tried were really enjoyable.
