A-pour is light gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a medium size white head , leaving a fine spotty lace along the tulip , last pour has some funk
S-Strawberries upfront
T-tart & refreshing especially strawberries , has the thirst quenching swallow
MF-mild carbonation , medium body
Ov-easy drinking sour beer

Sour with Strawberry and Guava
Appearance - Pours a hazy tangerine with a finger of bubbly white head.
Smell - guava, strawberry, spicy earthy and floral hops, biscuity malts, and spicy brett earthy yeast.
Taste - guava and strawberry upfront. The spicy earthy and floral hops follow suit. The brew then goes into a pleasant saltiness and sourness then is finished off by the spicy brett earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to full bodied. Finishes tart with the guava and strawberry lingering.
Overall - A crushable sour that is full of fresh of guava and strawberry flavours. Another gem of a brew from this brewery and a nice find here in Cowtown.
