Foedre aged wild ale.
Appearance - Pours a hazy copper gold with four fingers of bubbly frothy white head.
Smell - vinous aromas, grape musk, oak barrel, earthy, leafy, and floral hops, bready malts, and spicy earthy yeast.
Taste - vinous aromas, grape musk, and oak barrel upfront. The earthy, leafy, and floral hops come through next. The bready malts and spicy earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes sticky with the vinous aromas and grape musk lingering.
Overall - An enjoyable foedre aged wild ale that is quite flavourful. Another rare treat to come to Cowtown!
