This has a relatively assertive aroma...spicy and dry....taste includes that nice spicy hoppiness and a soft,round pils maltiness. Also a light touch of lemons.. Finishes dry...
A little cloudy and not as clear as a Pils in other styles would look...drinks on the light side of medium bodied..
Overall this is more along the lines of German Pils with the hop impression but this lacks the bitterness of this style...very aromatic...from what I understand about this Italian Pils style this seems pretty spot on except maybe the clarity which I am not sure on to be honest.
