L- Mid amber, some haze enters the pour mid-can. 5mm quite rocky white fine-bubble head that is holding well. - Note at +10mins: holds up extremely well and forms lacing on the way down.
S- Grainy.
T- A good balance of malty depth and bright hops, with a minor hint of citrous.
F- It's somewhat rich, good as a 'winter lager'. But I shan't linger too long in case a touch of warmth makes that rich aspect bolder.
O- It's something a bit different, a stronger 'lager' with a twist of contemporary hops. Eminently drinkable though I wouldn't wish for more than 1-2 if in a session. This was the straggler in the hotel room fridge the morning we were checking out. So I flew it back home to enjoy it.
440ml can BB: 23/05/2026 bought from the Vinmonopoleit on Karl Johannes Gate Oslo. NoKR50.20 = £3.90

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.4%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of malts, herbs and nettles. Citric mouthfeel. Flavour of decent and herbal German hops throughout, on a sufficient malt base.
