A solid effort from this group of semi-pro brewers.
Pours a dark brown with nice tan head.
Smell is of coffee and cocoa powder, with a hint of vegetation.
Taste follows suit: roast, chocolate, and then a slightly vegetal flavor that really only comes out after a full glass or two.
Overall, a nice beer that I would have given a higher score to were it not for the slight vegetal notes.

On tap at the brewpub in Cedarburg. Served in a goblet. $5
Good deep roasted and toasted malt. Head kept nearly to end. No idea on ABV but not over the top. Very drinkable and enjoyable. Nice hop balance with malt. I'd order it again and was very impressed.
