Visited on a Tuesday night, very slow, which hurt the vibe quite a bit. The quality of this brewery is very high, and a seat at the bar allow for a view of the very clean brew works behind glass. Service was generally good, but I went through several spells of waiting longer than expected to be asked for a food order or beer refill. Any of that nit-picking is easily ignored by the extremely high quality food produced by the kitchen. The menu is simply amazing, and on my night they also offered 10 different oysters on the half-shell. I feel like I could eat here every day for a month and not get bored. Every beer is produced onsite, which is limiting compared to a brewery with guest handles. That said, every beer I tried was between very good and exceptional. Well worth the visit and hope to repeat while in town.
