Visited the Courthouse Pub on a recent Monday night. Despite poor weather, the restaurant was quite crowded and the atmosphere was celebratory. The restaurant was clean and attractive with bright copper taps and fermenters.
Five beers were offered on tap: three house beers and two guest taps. I enjoyed their Honeymoon Lager most out of the three house beers while the Alimony Ale was a bit lackluster. Growler pours are available. The food, while pricey for the area, was excellent and the best I've had in Manitowoc; my party enjoyed the steak and fish entrees.
I would highly recommend the Courthouse Pub if you're in Manitowoc - the food is probably more interesting than the beer but it's definitely worth a visit.

This is located in a tastfully done renovation of an older building in the heart of Manitowoc. There is a Anhueser Busch Malt silo right down the street so it gives you a "beery feeling". THe inside is upscale, very clean and very bright. The building is set up into a different dining and bar area. The offerings were 5 in number and quite similiar in taste, possibly due to the extract system they are brewed on. The food and service were great, the prices were a bit high, a definite go to.
