The only thing that makes this a pale ale is the fact that they call it that on the can. Everything else screams hazy IPA. The very hazy appearance. The juicy citrusy hop flavors and aroma. The lack of any sort of crisp piney hop characteristic I expect from a pale ale. All that to say, I love hazy IPA’s and while it wasn’t the experience I expected from a pale ale, it was still very tasty.
