Milkshake IPA brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla to which we add heaping amounts of blood orange, tangerine, and mandarin. It tastes like an orange creamsicle!

Can. Hazy sunset orange color,
Tangerine, citrus, lactose, vanilla. Tart, fruity, lemony. Earthy, a little bitterness. Not the worst milkshake ipa. Fairly refreshing.

Poured a cloudy golden yellow color with a 3F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Aroma and taste: creamsicle, orange sherbet, lime. The flavors are intensified in the taste. The MF IS smooth. Good for hot weather and best at colder temps.

BOTM's Up pours a lighter, hazy, orangish/yellowish color, with not much head. Aroma, is very creamy, lots of orange and tangerine. Flavor is creamy, sweet, thick. Lots of orange and tangerine. Good creamy body. Overall, a very good milkshake IPA, lots of sweet fruit flavors, nothing off.

Great mouthfeel. Full spectrum of the style. Silky, rich and incredibly smooth. Just enough sweetness to not be over the top. Low to no level of bitterness, clean dry finish.

Pours a cloudy, murky orange with three fingers of dense, yellowed head. It has great retention and eventually leaves some soapy lacing.
Big mandarin and blood orange in the aroma. You can almost sniff the pulp. Vanilla and cream make their presence known, too, along with some tropical, herbal hops far beneath.
The taste is really milkshake forward. It tastes like a sweet-as-hell vanilla milkshake with a weird twist of blood orange citrus and fairly strong pithy bitterness in the finish. It’s not “orange creamsicle” flavored, IMO, because the orange is too fresh and non-artificial, and there’s all that pith in it, but it still tastes like something that could cause cavities.
On the heavy side of medium bodied, yet still sort of watery in the feel, with restrained carbonation that’s felt most upon swallowing.
This one’s a real shock to the system. If mixing mandarin oranges, vanilla ice cream, regular ole cream and sweetener sounds like your jam, you’ll love this. The flavors are fairly impressive for a single-strength IPA as well. Not exactly the flavor profile I’d prefer, but it delivers as advertised.
