A Fest Bier lagered for over 30 days with a deep gold color, and subtle maltiness with a crisp finish. A great pairing to the changing seasons here in Wisconsin.

Appearance:Pour the golden color SRM's 10 or 11... Boy it had a lot of carbonation and what's going on here There's particles floating in it looks like yeast...

Aroma: no off smells no distinct smell maybe a little malt no hops to the nose... That's yeast but I'm not smelling it.

Taste:
Kind of a honey sweetness and a little bit of Munich malt graininess... There's hops there but they aren't distinct... Just a little bitter at the end... And then a honey sweetness before the next draw

Mouth feel: it feels a almost medium body... But nothing roasty or toasty. By looking at it I would expect it to be thinner but it does have some body... 5.9 alcohol by volume... That seems high for the color...

Overall: on beer Advocate it's classified as a festbeer/wit beer The bottom of the can has a date it's 6/17/25 and also says "ain't going to hammer itself" ... And I'm singing this song in my head "can't touch thi" sNot sure if that's a born on date or an expiration date... If it is past its prime the east could be secondary fermentation... It doesn't taste bad... But having floaties in your beer going up and down... Even if you can't taste them ... Says doom doom doom dooommm....

It's drinkable... I would try it again... with the score seem many people enjoyed it... TBD

12 oz can poured into a tulip glass. Appearance is an attractive amber color with a fluffy head. Aroma and flavor feature toasted malt with a hint of caramel and noticeable hops - some citrus, herbal notes, and oddly, red fruit (raspberry maybe?). Malt bill = excellent. Hops = a bit perplexing. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated and slightly watery. Overall it starts out pretty well but goes a bit downhill and ultimately disappoints. Still tasty to drink, but not one I'd purchase again.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange red with a tiny head. Smells of caramelized grain and some fruit. Tastes of nutty caramelized grain, just a hint of fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

Appearance: Pours a clear, golden, medium-orange color with a moderate white head. SRM of 9. (3.75)

Aroma: Moderately strong breads malts, toasted bread, rich bread dough. A slight amber note and sweetness. Some earthy honeyflower notes. (4.25)

Flavor: Moderate flavors of bread malt, caramel, with a light honey and floral sweetness. Nice sweet honey mixes with floral notes. (4.50)

Feel: Medium to heavier bodied. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, but not too sweet. (4.00)

Overall: Possibly one of the best Oktoberfest here. Nice honey with some floral and bitter notes. Showcases the flavors nicely. Malty, yet light enough and not too sweet. Americanized, but still leans toward the festbier style while maintaining the flavor. Appreciated this one for its delicate craft. (Rating: 4.30)

12oz can dated 07/13/22 and poured into a pint glass shows a clear, dark orangeish amber body with A 1/2" head of off-white bubbles that falls to a cap and ring leaving random spotted lacing.

Citrus aroma cuts through the bready malts.

Taste is not quite what I am looking for. Caramel sweetness is overpowering and the citrus background is off-putting in combination.

Feel is a solid medium with a drying finish.

Overall, I have had a couple of these and this one seems the outlier, however I am sensitive to this flavor combination, and they all suffer from it in some measure.

12 oz. can, canned 07/12/22. My first beer from Eagle Park Brewing Company, and a style I'm quite fond of. Acquired a single can as part of a mixed six pack at the local Binny's. Can calls this an Oktoberfest Style Lager, though listed as a Festbier here on BeerAdvocate.

Poured to Ballast Point stemware.
Pours a basic golden color; perhaps a bit lighter than expected, no hues of dark 'copper' Half finger of off-white head leaves scant scattered lacing. Looks ok.
Light aromas. Notes of brown bread / bread crust, banana?, cream, maybe subtle hints of spice?
No spice on the flavor - brown bread, crust, bit of yeasty / estery fruit presence (slight hint of banana).
Medium-full bodied, crisp, but with low carb. Dry bready finish.
Overall, not impressed by this offering, but would be interested to try some year round offerings from these guys.

Was intrigued by the story of this newer Wisconsin brewery, so I thought I'd try a style favorite.

Canned-on 7-12-22. 12 ounce can poured into my tall Becher.

L -- Clear, deep gold with a firm white head that settles quickly and revives well.

S -- Light herbal hops and light doughy bread. Some caramel notes back and earthiness with warming.

T -- Very light breadiness and thin caramel up front. Caramel and a touch of stone fruit in the middle. Herbal and bitter hops present through to the finish and aftertaste. The caramel asserts throughout, but never dominates. Hops near to astringent in the aftertaste.

F -- Mouthfeel is soft to syrupy with a light-medium body.

O -- A pretty lackluster Oktoberfest beer relying on caramel and hops for any flavor, but still remaining thin overall. It reminds me of an Amber Lager (minus the color) from the early days of pub brewing.

Somewhat murky orangey amber pour with a pearl white head and bands of lacing on and off. Leafy and lemon hops accent the white bread yeast and sweeter malt with orange zest in the background. Nose leans more on hops than the taste does, too hoppy. Full yet lighter body, hops impress the palate with light bitters, yeast is elevated but wispy

Pours a pale orange, no head, no lacing. Nose of bready grain, taste is similar. Thin, flat, not much going on here.
