Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to light and pale yellow color with a moderate white head. SRM of 6. (4.25)
Aroma: Moderate to strong aromas of lemon citrus, navel orange, pineapple rind. Bright citrus with some light flower. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of lemon citrus, citrus rind, navel orange, Bright lemon and orange citrus flavors with some hints of flower and rind. Bright. Finishes slightly bitter and dry. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-body. Strong carbonation. Clean and slightly astringently bitter off the end. (4.00)
Overall: Showcases the Citra well. A very bright NEIPA with flavors of lemon citrus, navel orange rind. Lots of citrus with some flower. Leans more citrusy with rind that provides an astringency but also cleansing on the palate. Relatively dry. Seems more like a Summer seasonal with the bright citrus flavors and clean body, but hey, I can still enjoy this in November. (Rating: 4.02)
