Served in a sour glass
This beer pours a hazy golden hue. It is topped with a fleeting beige head that leaves no lacing.
It has a nice tart passionfruit aroma. I can't really pick up much from the cacao.
The passionfruit dominates the flavor. It has great tartness to compliment the fruit. The cacao is very subtle really not adding a whole lot for this guy.
Medium bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
Each sip the sourness builds. I am loving it more and more.
