8 oz draft pour at the Hamilton brewery. This NEIPA looks and smells all right, but the taste and mouthfeel are terrible: astringent, bitter (not in a good way - like straight citrus pith), and too boozy for the abv. Maybe it was a bad batch of hops?

Purchased at the brewery. Pours traditional milky-hazy. Head had still some umpf towards end of glass. Nose was clean; no vegetal. Taste was balanced with nice hop bitterness. Highly drinkable with decent amount of IBUs.

Pours a hazy light golden straw color with good lacing and head. Smell is dank and floral with hops . Taste has citrus ,herb pine and spice notes a touch of pepper. Mout feel is dry and fruity with some bitterness its also fruity and tropical a very nice mix of hops.
