A: The beer is very hazy reddish purple and has hints of whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a wide collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cheesecake are present in the nose along with hints of raspberries.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of cheesecake with notes of graham cracker and vanilla with hints of raspberries. No sourness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer smells and tastes just like a cheesecake. This makes for a nice beer to try after dinner as a liquid dessert.

Pours a murky light strawberry color with some lacing. Smell is vanilla and raspberries with graham cracker crust. Taste is as advertised Raspberries first then vanilla. Mouth feel is more fresh fruit more sweet than tart vanilla is a bit too strong and overpowers the fruit but still outstanding in taste .

This beer pours a beautiful, dank, murky dark pink color. There's a very nice 2 finger pink head. There's good retention, and very nice lacing on the glass.
The nose is so full of raspberry, vanilla and graham cracker. These 3 aromas hit hard and fast.
Taste - The raspberry hits up front, but it's not really a sour raspberry, it has a good deal of sweetness to it also. The vanilla and graham cracker hit more on the backside and linger. It doesn't list it, and it's probably not there, but there's a creamy flavor going on here as well.
Thick, full bodied. Creamy feeling.
Just damn delicious overall.
