Served from the tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a clear brass-amber topped by a finger of dirty bone foam. The nose comprises grass, light orange pith, and a few drops of caramel sauce. The taste brings in more of the same, the proceedings dominated by the grassy elements, though some caramel-laden biscuit tries vainly to say something at the back of the hall. The body is a rather light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. I usually prefer my viennas to have a bit more malt character to them, so this one, which is more like a watered-down marzen, wasn't entirely my bag, but it's still pretty drinkable nonetheless.
