Served from the tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a fully cloudy grapefruit juice (pulped, natch) topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises grapefruit zest, mild blueberry, light pine sap, light biscuit, grass, and a bit of passion fruit for good measure. The taste brings in more of the same, everything taking on a slightly more rind-y quality than before. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. A pretty nice hazy boi, though nothing all that outstanding.
