Dark reddish-brown, like smoked maple syrup, with a short tan head of fine microbubbles settling to an unevenly sloped ridge towards the tilt.
A dichotomy, it exhibits classic American #life on the nose, but then a sweeter, rounder, almost honey-drizzled caramelized banana sort of character develops on the palate, backed by a graham and gingersnap malt.
