A traditionally brewed Dunkel w/ German Barke Munich malt that gives a rounded maltiness w/ notes of caramel, toast, and a hint of chocolate.

Look: SRM ~ 17 a little bit light for style
Head faded too fast... Reset the glass... Still not staying and a little flat....... I'm destined to trying it in the can... I was at the brewery.... Hmm
Nose: maybe malt maybe caramel... Really Subtle...
Taste : Very sweet not balanced... Did we forget to add the hops? Really...
Feel: no hops not balanced... Full
Overall: DNF Did not finish.... Life is too short!

Canned 11/6/24; drank 1/18/25 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque orange/brown appearance.
An even pour yielded a small tan head; nice lacing remained.
Caramel, mild chocolate & mild brown sugar notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Caramel & faint chocolate flavors up front; brown sugar & faint allspice notes on the finish.
A bit sweet but a solid Dunkel. I'd have another.
