Look: Light Amber with an ample tight foamed head .
Smell: Sweet clover and correander with a hint of citrus.
Taste: Surprisingly smooth and soft, definitely wheat based with Belgian yeast, give this familiar soft high esther taste... A sweet familiar flavor not unlike luscious bubble gum... It is very pleasant and was somewhat unexpected.
Mouthfeel: Soft without bite and quite smooth... Coriander and citrus balance the back end and enhance the subtle sweetness.
Overall: I was surprised by this... confused by the name... I wasn't really excited to try it, but glad I did. I was expecting a sharper fruity seltzer tasting experience, but I was pleasantly surprised.
