330ml bottle poured into a Pilsner glass.
Clear gold straw in color with thick white fluffy head that stands with good retention before gradually sinking to an everlasting foamy sheet on the surface along with lots of sticky lacing web, high visible carbonation with plenty of effervescences pushing upwards.
Lots of malty goodness in a nose, it provides the aroma ranging from cracker, grain, sweet dough, also slight buttery at time. Hop is subtle with notes of floral, pine, herbal, and citrus together with a slight acidity of Lager’s yeast.
Pretty malt forward in the taste with the wide varieties of flavor ranging from soft sweetness, cracker, bread, and grain while hop with notes of earthy, herbal, and a flash of zesty citrus. It is pretty clean overall with only slight hop bitterness at the end.
The body is between light to medium with lively level of carbonation generated quite smooth mouthfeel as well as crisp and refreshing touch through the palate. Finish is dry and clean.
Clean, crisp, light, and very easy to drink, anyway, there is an absence of spiciness that I normally expect from the noble Pilsner hop. However, it is not that big deal since all the other characters already working in good harmonize.

Clean, straw coloured, filtered and topped with 5 fingers of well sustained white, fluffy head.
Smells of malt with floral, hoppy, fruity and fragrant notes. Hints of pine and citrus.
Tastes light, with the hoppy, fruity, floral and fragrant notes coming in on the tongue.
Feels clean and crisp, with light carbonation.
Got in Chiang Mai where I am drinking it, Feb 12th, 2017. Very good pilsner, like one of the best I've had due to the modern twist.
