Got the last pull of this cask. Didn't quite make a full pint and was charged accordingly.
Served in a nonic, a cloudy burnt orange with a creamy little cap of dense foam. Some pumpkin puree floating under the head.
Has a light pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice smell. Cinnamon and nutmeg are in there.
Slightly vegetal tasting with some squashy pumpkin and spices. Not very sweet, and decent tasting.
Very disappointed in the feel of this beer, especially considering it was from a cask. Maybe it had to do with it being the very last of the cask? Very, very flat with almost zero carbonation. Medium in body.
I was glad I gave it a try, but I probably wouldn't next time. Maybe I just didn't get the freshest pour of this beer though.

Hard to tell that this is a pumpkin beer as it has almost no pumpkin or spiciness on the aroma or taste...I was shocked at the lack of flavor and aroma. It is without question the worst pumkin beer I have ever tried. As usual the beers here are served at about 60 degrees and even that didn't add any flavor to this....Basic blah ale....nothing godo about this one...
