An unusual blending of citrus and spice with a zingy ginger flavor, this cloudy amber wheat ale boasts of a warm ginger aroma and a well-balanced taste. It's not harsh or complex in any way, though not offensive either. In fact, this one seems too tame and lacks personality. A promising idea, but not fully delivering.

This beer came a bright and cloudy gold that faded to orange in the middle of my pint. The head was just a thin film.
Smells powerfully of ginger with a little corn bread and an ashy, dirty yeast.
The flavor is dominated by the ginger with a little honey and wheat in the background. Theres also a spicy little Belgian yeast in there too. Theres a little lemon zest in the finish there as well.
The mouth feel is medium bodied, smooth and creamy.
The ginger really blew me away. It was strong; almost burn your throat strong, but it wasnt too strong as to obscure the rest of the flavors. I rather enjoyed this one.
