The Mc Billy Pilsner was appropriately served in a pilsner glass. The beer is a light straw with a dense white head.
It has a nose of grains, grass and the hops add some spice.
The taste is slightly sour with nice bitterness. There are bready malts, white pepper, and a bit of green apple.
The mouth is soft with low carbonation. It is extremely easy drinking hot weather beer. The tiny bit of sourness makes it a very good thirst quencher. Call me crazy, but it works like a Berlin Wies does.
