Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Black colored body with a light brown colored head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma is vague with roasted malts and a whiff of coconut.
Taste is sweet and roasty. Flavors of roasted grain malts, honey caramel sweetness, and the addition of sweet coconut. Aftertaste stays with the roasted malts.
Medium mouthfeel. Slight stickiness. Low bitterness. Good carbonation.
