12oz can from a sixer purchased at the Trader Joe's on Spokane's South Hill for $6.99. According to the stamp on the bottom of the can, it was canned on August 16, 2019.

Poured into a shaker pint glass, this was a deeply chill-hazed golden amber. Decent haze.

Some sweet, fruity hop notes and some bready malts in the nose. Decent but not overly distinctive.

Similar in the taste, except the maltiness kinda takes over as it warms. Also, increasingly as it warms is a slightly bitter, herbal, tea-like flavor.

Medium bodied, with a slightly oily mouthfeel.

Decent for the price but not much to recommend here, otherwise.

for six bucks a six pack, not bad at all. nice color and head. good hoppy and bready aroma. Taste is light, but its a session beer, so seems about normal. Flavorful enough for its lightness, with a good, hop-forward start and a nice malt balance. I'm not picking up any off tastes, which is good. overall, considerably better than I expected.

Appearance: Pours a beautiful deep, bright, effervescent orange color with a massive, airy, white head.
Aroma: Strong aromas of grapefruit and orange citrus, pineapple, with some support from peach, papaya, melon, and mango. Honey and crystal malts.
Flavor: Strong orange, grapefruit citrus follows by a darker melon and black tea bitterness. Then it evolves into a earthy herbal onion and garlic flavor to finish with a mild bitterness. Finishes balanced. Not sweet, not bitter, not dry.
Feel: Mouthfeel is light. Carbonation is strong for the lighter body. Finishes clean on the palate.

Overall: This beer really showcases the mosaic hop well and demonstrates why it is such a dynamic hop and popular. Absolutely delicious. Maybe I'm partial to the mosaic hop, but it's really good.

This was a weird beer to find squeezed in between the locals at a Virginia Trader Joe's. Pours a big head and cloudy body with a bready malt note ringed with lemon and papaya flavors.

Has a crisp texture and is relatively tasty, just not terribly exciting. It reminds you of one of those session or "light" IPAs. In certain circumstances, say a barbecue, or a lawnmower beer, this would thrive; in ordinary run of play, however, it is fine but forgettable.

A: Poured from the can into a specialty IPA glass. Body is pretty clear, with a big fluffy-white head on top. Some lace.

S: Grainy malt, some generic fruity hops.

T: Grainy malt foundation, with bread crust, then a touch of fruity hops. Hint of blueberries from the Mosaic hops, then modest lemony bitterness. Lingering sweetness, however.

M: Definitely on the thin/watery side.

O: Meh. You get what you pay for, so if you want watery beer with a touch of hops . . . here you are.

Appearance: Golden amber with a huge off-white head and light lace.

Aroma: Superb zesty hops full of citrus and floral notes.

Taste: Lively juiced hops, with delicate tropical fruits abounding. Really a wonderful brew.

12oz can, tulip, canned 1/18/19.

Nice glowing beer that hovers between gold and orange. On top is a nice white cap that sticks oh so nicely.

Orange slice, strong on the white grape, gummy bears, and a little diacetyl. The aroma is definitely Mosaic, but in pastel.

Juicy but indistinct flavors; muted orange and butterscotch.

Medium-bodied, medium fizzy.

This thing has some good Mosaic flavor, a little unrefined fermentation, and a good price.

Typical light solid golden colored ale with a nice thick and frothy off white head.

Good well carbonated mouth feel.

Clear yellow brew with long-lasting foam. Fain pencil shavings aroma. Maybe a hint of resins. Clean and not too sweet, but lacking in amything like malt and hops.

This is certainly drinkable light beer, it's just not much of a Pale Ale. Call it a Pale Lager. From the 12 oz can purchased at Trader Joes.

12 oz can. Pours hazy orange with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head. Aroma is of citrusy hops, mandarin orange and caramel malt. Body is medium and crisp. Herbal hops dominate the palate with ripe fruit and bready malt in the background. Finish is long and unpleasantly bitter. So so brew.

Caco-Phony has a thin, off-white head, a hazy, orange gold appearance, lots of powdery sediment, throughout, and heavy glass lacing. The aroma is of bold, pale malts with fruit. The flavor is similar, with low bitterness. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Caco-Phony finishes medium sweet/dry.
