Devil's Club Signature IPA is the best IPA brewed in Juneau, if you like classic high bitterness clean palate West Coast IPAs. It's 69 IBU and 6.9% ABV. Packs a punch. Most of the other IPAs in Juneau are lower IBU, inadequate bitterness. Even this one could use a bit more.
Hop character is citrusy and piney. Malt profile light bodied, some caramel malt, nothing too heavy. Hop aroma is a bit lacking. Could use more dry hopping. Consumed at brewery and canned (4-packs), 2022-2026.

West coast IPA at its best, lots of resin and grapefruit.
