On draft at the taproom. Lighter yellow body. Light vinous character with a touch of oak, bright lemon, mild-moderate acetic acidity. Not particularly complex, but damn if it isn't refreshing and bright. Medium mouthfeel, good carbonation, quite refreshing and slightly puckering acidity keeps things somewhat dry.
