Notes:
If the hops and malt of this Amber Ale were on either end of a see-saw; it would sit at a standstill parallel with the ground. With a blend of German Tradition hops and American Willamette hops, there is just enough hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma to keep your nose and taste buds wanting more. A combination of 5 different malts give this beer a hint of caramel sweetness, a splash of breadiness, and just the right amount of character to make this simple style wanting your taste buds to do The Waltz.

Pours a very rich amber color, thick white head and heavy lacing. Smells like a faint caramel, however very sweetly scented. The flavor starts hoppy but melts into a subtle malty finish which is quite tastey. I enjoy the bitter to sweet contrast. Overall I enjoyed this amber quite a bit!

Tasted in a snifter from draft at City Lights Brewing Company on December 7, 2019. Sweet caramel and bready malt notes balanced with Noble hop flavors.

From a 12oz. can, it pours a nice dark amber color with a 1" head of tan foam that slowly fades to a thin layer. The carbonation looks like many very small bubbles rising up.
The smell is a malt caramel, slightly roasted and the hops.
The taste starts out a little sweet, a touch of bread, then the bitter hops at the end, very drinkable.
I can feel the carbonation, I would say it is a bit creamy, yet light.
Overall it is a bit bitter, dry at the end, but very good, with the right amount of sweetness. I think I will sample another!

I got a can of this off the single shelf at the Kroger just down the road from south metro ice in Dayton,OH. It poured a clear amber with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent is malty. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with caramel malt base. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours deep translucent red with a small off white head. Smells of dark roasted grain, very malty. Tastes of malty roasted grain with slight caramel and sweetness. Beer is light/medium bodied but still very easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
