A: Dark brown in color with a very small white head.
S: Chocolate, and caramel, with hints of smoke and molasses.
T: Roasty, with notes of oak, and vanilla. There barrel aging on this is real nice...
M: Medium light feel, moderate carbonation, and a slightly drying finish.
O: The whiskey blends well with the beer, the beer uses cherry smoked malt which I am normally not a fan of, but the combination of the whiskey treatment, and the smoked malt makes this taste like a Islay aged beer, which I can totally dig on.
