An interesting little red lager....hazy deep golden in color...nose is caramel malts and fruity hops....tastes (and looks) more like an ale than a lager...has some good roasted barley flavor...hops a very minimal on the buds but lend a tich of that fruity ale flavor...this is a decent beer...a little above average in my book..

This beer is a chill-hazed fiery red color. Carbonation is evident. Head is medium and cream colored. It reduces to a film in about a minute. A very sweet malt aroma. Similar to a bock. A medium carbonated mouthfeel. Body is almost medium. Taste is predominantly malt, but there is a bit of a bitterness lingering on the aftertaste. Seems a little out of place for a red lager, but it's not bad. The malt taste is also reminiscent of bock beers - lots of munich malt character and maybe a little vienna mixed in too. This is a nice tasting amber lager.
