Draft at the Ants Beer Cave
Light fizzy head, hazy cloudy pale orange peach color
Nose light creamy wheat, citrus and banana fruity esters, little yeast and raw bread dough
Taste has more doughy creamy wheat but more mild, light overall, some citrus, a little banana, a hint of clove spice, banana cream lingering on the semi sweet finish
Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy, med to lower carb
Overall pretty good, doesn't pop as much as i would have expected, but also lower carb so that might be part of it
