Made from three sours in three different barrels (red wine barrel for one year, white wine barrel for six months, and a whiskey barrel for three months).
Light haze to the light gold color. Nearly no head but it does leave some small spots of lace on the glass.
The smell isn't sour enough for a Berliner Weisse but it's sour enough to be like a Lambic.
The flavor is complex as if there are multiple sours showing up at different times. The initial sip is multiple mildest. The swallow is strongest with a hint of honey sweetness. The aftertaste comes closest to being lemony without a hint of lemon (if that makes any sense at all). Highly carbonated with neutral body. Definitely not a tart bomb, but will still satisfy the sour fans.
