Fall-forward IPA brewed with domestic 2-row,and white wheat along with a portion of German Munich to round it out. Then we dumped buckets of apple and pear cider in the kettle, fresh pressed from fruit grown on our Northern PA farm. Hopped emphatically with Simcoe, Amarillo, Cashmere, and a dash of Brew Farm Columbus. Notes of dank strudel, white tea and blueberry skins, with a light breezy tropical finish.
