A classic German Kölsch beer brewed with fine pilsner malt and Mt. Hood hops (for an American slant). This beer is light, clean, sparkling and refreshing – perfect for a warm summer day. A lighter, easier to enjoy beer for those that either do not like heavier beers, or are new to craft brewing.

Drinking out of a large goblet.
Pours a light clear orange with a very full head.
Some smell of toffee.
Fair carbonation.
Taste suffests malt, toffee.
Not very strong taste. Not sure this reminds me that much of a kölsch.

Working on cleaning up the backlog of notes I have. Sample enjoyed at the Brewery.

Light, summer-y, refreshing, and highly drinkable as advertised, but not a traditional Kolsch. It's closer to a Pilsner, but slightly less hoppy, and with a hint of lemon. Absolutely something pleasant to drink on a hot summer's day.

Can. Clear pale gold with lasting head and lace with herbal grassy crackery aroma. Mild crackery sweetness a little fruity cidery at first with very herbal finish. Very light with high carb that bites on herbal hops. A little overdone. Not the kind of Kolsch I'd like to drink 20 of. Still good though.
