Let’s be honest, if your farm features a peacock, it undoubtedly reigns as the most extravagant and eye-catching resident. With its dazzling feathers, it struts around, ensuring everyone knows it’s there. It’s reminiscent of the way a standout hop struts into an IPA; you can’t help but notice it showing off. For this brew, we've brought forth the legendary peacock, Galaxy, combined with local peaches and paired it with an experimental hop that completely amazed us. HBC 1019 brings forth luscious peach flavors and is bursting with tropical and citrus notes. We knew right away it signaled the arrival of a new peacock in the barnyard!

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Gastropub on Erie Street East in nearby downtown Windsor. My first beer from the Blenheim, Ontario brewery.
