Love the label on this can. Never heard of this brewery. The beer came as a recommendation. The beer is 45 degrees and served in a flute glass. A semi-hard pour into the glass produced a two finger head. The head is airy and foamy with poor retention. The beer is SRM 2 a straw yellow color with great clarity. Massive carbonation is in the glass.
The aromas in the beer are a biscuit, yeast, floral, pine, and citrus.
The flavors in the beer are a biscuit, yeast, phenols, floral, pine, and citrus.
The mouthfeel of the beer is carbonated and crisp.
The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, a medium finish.
The pilsner is good. I think the dry hopping added minimal flavors to the beer.

Looks like a beautiful standard Pilsner. Foams up and quickly dissipates after an aggressive pour. Bready smell. Clean. Right now I am tensing at the dry hopped idea I've tasted lagers and pilsners ruined by this "hopped -up" ideal. but damn, they really pulled it off. The hoppyness is seamlessly integrated. This is delicious. I've had a can every few days or so and given this one a lot of thought. That mildly bitter finish is so perfect for me. I'm glad I ordered six from Tavour but I'm sad I have no way to get more.

Poured from a 12oz can into a pilsner glass.
Look is a clear bright yellow with a thick one inch white head.
Aroma is floral with that metallic lager note at the end.
Taste is a lot more of that floral bright flavor.
Delicious.
