Look: A deep haze to the milky golden color and subtle orange hues. Foamy white cap is high, settles down quick with chunky lacing and sparse cover.
Flavor and feel: Creamy golden malted grains blend right in with the Spicy-herbal, orange citrus earth toned hops. Stone fruit and juicy tropical is a nice and subtle current of flavor. Crisp and fresh, slightly juicy with very smooth and soft edges. The NE style DIPA Mouthfeel is about as good as it gets.
Nose: Sweet tropical and juicy scented citrus hops. Creamy golden malted grains once again are very nice. Mandarin orange and stone fruits.
Overall: This really is a classic NEDIPA in just about every aspect. Stone fruit and spicy citrus is the boldest aspect.
