Poured from an undated 12-oz can into a pint glass.
Look: Dark brown, with a massive light tan head with excellent retention and nice lacing.
Nose: Medium dark roasted grain with cooked brown sugar.
Attack: Flavorful medium dark roast, slight hint of sweetness.
Finish: Sweetness disappears, very little bitterness — just barely enough to make it not bland.
Mouthfeel: Medium, sufficient carbonation.
Overall: Very drinkable, an excellent example of this style. When you want a very easy-drinking brown ale to go with mild food, this would be a very good choice.

Single can from Jungle Jims
Amber brown with a thick head and some nice lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts and notes of dark chocolate.
Taste is much like the aroma with some sweet bitterness in the finish.

12 oz. can dated 2/25/21
Pours a deep brown with reddish highlights. Decent off white head that settles to a thick ring.
Dark toasted bread, caramel, and chocolate.
Rich malty flavor. Bread crust, chocolate, hint of coffee.
Very impressed by this brew. Will definitely be going back for more

Poured from a can into a shaker pint. Dark reddish brown color with decent initial head and some lacing. Chocolate and dark roasted malt smell and taste. Dark toast with a nice bitter finish. Always a pleasure to find this style and I enjoyed this beer. I give the 4 overall because I like the can art!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little mild pours a
dark mahogany brown, with a nice head of off white foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin light film layer, and shows some nice
lacing. Nose of dark cocoa, faint coffee, roast, and subtle char.
Flavors surpass the nose with a nice presentation of dark
roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, faint herbal hops, a hint of
cream, and balanced caramel malt touches. Nice mouth feel;
medium body, light carbonation, and a medium dry
finish.
Overall, while not totally in keeping with the style, this is
a robust version with a ton of character and worth a try!
Cheers
