SEPTEMBER 2023. 50 cl bottle (between €6 and 7€ at the beershop).Freshly uncorked aromas of citrus and herbaceous hops.
Poured is very beautiful: deep golden, more than opaque, slightly cloudy, abundant foam and of decent consistency.
In the mouth you can immediately feel the malted part, with the beer being soft and full-bodied, the wolves quickly come into play which releases a taste of citrus and citrus peel (grapefruit, mapo, orange) and more weedy and woody notes.
The finish is sharply bitter, but not invasive... it disappears, cleaning the tongue and leaving a pleasant citrus taste on the palate
Full-bodied, full-bodied and tasty beer but everything is held together in a perfect balance that offers a satisfying but pleasant and not heavy drink.

Dark blond, bronze. Clean, white foam, fine and elegant.
At the nose a lively hopping (pine, citrus fruits, orange peel), and a light floral, that gives freshness and lightness.
Same notes in the taste, a even stronger bitterness, but still pleasant, and a good floral note.
Intense bitter aftertaste (resinous), on a relatively light body.
