a hazy pale ale these guys do in here with mosaic, citra, and amarillo, which is by no means a new or unique combination of hops, but the beers is good, the hops are fresh, and i am surprised how full this feels given such low alcohol and residual sweetness, its almost filling, which i kind of actually like even though its a hot summer day, its just cool what some of these breweries have been able to do with the 4% abv restriction. i get orange flesh and grapefruit in this, i get lemongrass and honeydew, and i get some caramel malt and just a little balancing hop bite at the end, but this seems pretty heavily dry hopped more than anything else. the grain has a light nuttiness that keeps this from being one dimensional, and the yeast is flavorless. the fermentation is pretty clean. i do wish this had more carbonation in it, but i like the flavors a lot and the fuller feel is a nice change of pace from a lot of the other utah watery ipa types i have had. i also like the amarillo rising above the mosaic and citra, it makes this fruity in a less common way, and i think thats kind of rare with this trio. it was really hot out on their patio where i drank this one, and it didnt warm up as well as it started, but i liked this overall, and respect what they are doing at fisher, especially with the hoppy stuff...
