Nonic glass pour at the taproom. Served chilled.
Dark brown colored body. Light tan head. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma is faint with roasted malts and slight char.
Taste is bolder than the nose; very malty and dark roast. Sweet at first and then a slight char arises. Caramel and toffee. Aftertaste balances between the sweet and the dark roast.
Medium mouthfeel. Somewhat creamy texture. Very good carbonation.
Classic style porter.
