7/10/22, at the brewery in Castle Shannon.
The aroma is absolutely fantastic. Pineapple right of the bat, an underlying sweetness and slight pine.
And then the taste! Really wowed us with this one. It has all the pineapple, grapefruit and pine flavors without being sweet or overly bitter. Dave enjoyed the hoppy, but not dry aspect of this beer. Amazing.

I'm trying this at the brewery on the rooftop. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had a subtle south Pacific fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit presence and slight abv kicker. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Pours a light clear golden, sugar white lacing for a head.
Smells of bright, fresh citrus juice, cracker malts, pine and citrus hops.
Flavor is of juicy citrus like lemon and orange, pine hops, cracker malts, and zest.
Light to medium body with stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Very nice flavorful juicy pale ale. They call it an "Australian Pale Ale." Feels very light and refreshing, dangerous considering the strength. The flavor is potent but it feels nothing like 9%. One of the best at Mindful that I tried and a great pale.
