Tap
Pours clear golden, white film for a head retains indefinitely.
Aroma of bready malts and piney/citrusy hops.
Flavor is of biscuit malts and dry earthy and piney hops. Distinctly bitter finish.
Medium body, tingling carbonation on the tongue.
Pretty decent and drinkable IPA. Goes down easy. Would have liked a bit more sweetness in the malt profile as a straight drinking beer, but as a food pairing it works pretty well with salty foods.

7/10/22, at the brewery in Castle Shannon.
Bright and bitter. Lemon peel, pine resin, light apricot, slightly drawing the mouth. A little too hoppy for me.... An unusual experience that I have never experienced with a hop forward beer..... Pain in the jaws!
