Pours mildly hazy at first. Most of the haze has settled and come out it the end of the pour. The nose is clearly off. It smells like solvent or nail polish remover. After a while some pineapple notes are present. The taste also has a weird flavor followed by pineapple acid, a disconnected bitterness, and sweetness but not vanilla. The body and carbonation are good.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Bright and beaming crystal yellow lemon body, one of the lightest IPAs I have seen yet ecspecially for an imperial let alone a "milkshake" brew. Head manages classic bright white and tall forming head, but quite bubbly with shampoo like retention and only some minimal staying power. Still a real impressive body appearance and aggressive looker makes for a great impression.
Aroma has a nice hop angle, sticks to minor tropics and light florals. Not really a bold impression for a milkshake brew, but just simple in the IPA realm with not too much fanfare. Not much sense of creamy or lactose character her either on the nose, but certainly not complaining.
The palate however, is a completely unexpected animal. Creamy but with an exceptionally light body, that makes for an almost efferfescent creamy experience. Creamy rich pineapple and mellow sweetness in the mid palate. Liquid tropics of almost real fruit juice like flavor, without the sludgy or thick mess of a NEIPA. Refreshingly light yet bold.
Doesn't go for the milk or cream, but gives the highlight without a sugar bomb rush, and a very impressive memorable character. Well done!
