This ethereal session IPA features fragrant elderflower with notes of exotic lychee. A robust hop bill of Enigma, Hüll Melon, and experimental hop HBC 690 add delicate complexity with hints of pinot grigio, ripe berries, candied cherry, peach, light melon, and slight dankness. Fermentation on Espe Kviek from the village of Grodås, Norway further accentuates this feast of tropical fruit. Enjoying one of these fine beverages on a sunny day is about as close as you'll get to Valhalla without leaving the mortal realm.

Given to me on-draft at a Triangle Stop by a friend. Poured into a 16oz pint glass.

L - Pale straw, with a slight haze. Minimal pale white head. Decent lacing.
S - White grape, faint melon. Cannabis. Slightly sweet lychee.
T - Follows nose. Heavier on the cannabis than you'd expect. On the more bitter side. Bitterness gets stronger towards the bottom of the glass. Floral. Finish is dank white grape.
F - Medium-light in body, with decent carbonation. Filling. Refreshing.
O - Objectively, this is a pretty alright IPA. I do wish it looked better, and wish it was more flavorful than bitter. I'll admit that this one isn't for me, but it's worth a try.
