Light fizzy head, very little lacing, dark basically black beer little light coming through
Nose nice cocoa, milk chocolate, creamy oats, a little smoke, caramel and toasted grain, like smoked gouda
Taste creamy oats and lactose sugar, milk chocolate, little toasted malt, hint caramel syrup, some bitter spicy earthy hops, sticky syrupy finish, quite bitter much more than should be for the style
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a touch creamy, decent carb
Overall not quite there, thin, way too bitter, not enough creamy oats, lactose not necessary, missing some nice oatmeal stout characters, etc.
