I hadn’t tried a brut ipa yet and figured they were worth trying at least. So I have no comparison.
This one is a 2 year anniversary celebration beer by this brewery.
Fresh can, refrigerated.
Appears like a light straw yellow champagne look. Carbonation fades almost completely with no lacing.
Smells slightly fruity but mostly with a clean lageresque malty sweetness.
Supposedly brewed with citra with 0 ibu’s. Wtf?
Tastes like a lager. Honey, malt, maybe a very slight fruity apple and dankness.
Fairly on par with style description. Would not seek out again.
